We have two double letting rooms at our B&B, both are furnished and decorated to the highest standard. Each room is en-suite, provided with colour TV with freeview and DVD player, hair dryer, has tea/coffee making facilities and each double bed is fitted with a deep memory foam mattress for your comfort. We also have a large selection of books, magazines and DVDs for you to use and enjoy, please feel free to borrow them during your stay.

Rooms from £60 per room per night. Book a stay for 3 nights or more and get a 15% reduction on your room bill. The rooms are charged per room per night this is based 2 people sharing, there is no reduction for single occupancy.

ROOM 1

£70 per night low season 3rd January - 31 March and 1 October - 22 December

£80 per night high season 1 April - 30 September and 23 December - 2 January

This is the larger of our two rooms with far reaching uninterrupted views down the valley into Cornwall and has a magnificent 6 foot wide four poster bed that has to be slept in to be believed.  The en-suite shower room is finished to the highest standard for your comfort.

ROOM 2

£60 per night low season 3rd January - 31 March and 1 October - 22 December

£70 per night high season 1 April - 30 September and 23 December - 2 January

Our second room overlooks the garden and smallholding. It has a king size bed with a wonderfully comfortable memory foam mattress.  The en-suite shower room is also finished to an extremely high standard.
