Our aim is to offer our guests a warm welcome and a very enjoyable stay.
Little Keasts is a smallholding of some 6 acres offering quality en-suite bed and breakfast near Liskeard in Cornwall, nestling
in the delightful and peaceful Draynes valley ( an area of outstanding natural beauty and historic and scientific interest )
A short walk from the beautiful nature reserve at Golitha Falls in the Parish of St Neot, Liskeard, Cornwall.
All ingredients of our traditional full English breakfasts are either produced on the smallholding or locally sourced.
The bacon and eggs come from our own pigs and chickens as do the award winning sausages and the bread and
preserves are made by Karen.
We have a licensed bar, so at the end of the day you can sit with a drink in the garden enjoying the glorious views down
the valley into Cornwall or relax in the bar.
We have two luxury en-suite bedrooms available for Bed and Breakfast, bookings from £60 per room per night.
Both rooms are sumptuously furnished and have spectacular views down the Draynes Valley and over Cornwall.
The largest of the rooms boasts a fabulous super king size four poster bed.

We take most major credit and debit cards.
TERMS
DEPOSITS: Details of a valid Credit/Debit card are required to secure your booking. No payment will be taken until you are given your bill on the
day of departure.
CANCELLATIONS: A fee is charged if you cancel less than 14 days from the start of your holiday, this would be 25% of the total cost of your
intended stay.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Rooms available from 2pm on day of arrival or by arrangement. Departure by 10am on your last day.
PETS: Unfortunately as we have stock on the smallholding we cannot take pets.
SMOKING POLICY: We are a strictly NO SMOKING establishment. Smoking in any bedroom within Little Keasts will incur a
penalty charge of the cost of one full nights stay. Guests may smoke outside in the gardens or on the smallholding if they wish.
